The order process is a simple as 1 - 2 - 3.

We will respond promptly to your enquiry, and send your order to your preferred location no later than the next business day

Enquiry Form - First, just fill in your enquiry for the product you are looking to purchase. Someone will call you back to discuss your needs. Once the correct product is determined, payment will be processed and your product sent to your preferred location. This way you are guaranteed to receive the correct product.

Telephone - Just call 1300 27 27 66 and we will discuss your requirements with you. Once the correct product is determined, payment will be processed over the phone and your order sent to your preferred location.

Why don't we have a direct payment option like a shopping cart?

Because the purchase of healthcare equipment needs to be tailored to your needs. While we respect the advice your sleep physician or sleep lab has provided, we need to be satisfied you are purchasing the CPAP mask or CPAP machine that is right for you. Not all CPAP machines and CPAP masks are the same.

This is why we want you to talk to one of our CPAP experts before you make your purchase.

All of the CPAP machine purchases on line come with a free face to face education session. This way you can leave feeling comfortable with using the CPAP machine or CPAP mask.
